Funding represents one of the primary challenges faced by Start-ups: insufficient access to adequate funding sources can lead to significant development difficulties.
I am equipped to assist in addressing these challenges by recommending funding strategies and identifying suitable funding solutions encompassing pre-seed, seed, early-stage, and growth phases. This enables funders to concentrate on their core business operations and growth objectives.
I can facilitate access to Business Angels, vertically specialized Venture Capitalists, and National Agencies that offer effective funding solutions through equity, debt, or a combination of both.
The scope of my support extends from meeting the requirements of individual countries to engaging in worldwide, multi-channel, or global initiatives. My approach employs customizable funding processes that are rigorous, robust, and grounded in real-world project experience. These processes are applied throughout the funding research process, from initial assessment to proposal creation, negotiation support, and Terms Sheet implementation.
The objective is to establish an optimal match that operates on a win-win basis, ensuring that both Funders and Investors conduct their dealings with integrity and good wisdom, thereby achieving mutual success.
Central to my methodology is the alignment of the Investors’ expectations with the Start-ups’ business strategies, objectives, metrics, and management style. A critical foundation of this approach is an in-depth understanding of Funders, their objective funding need and the capability of the Investors to provide the most suitable solutions according to the company’s development stage.
I cultivate close relationships with Funders (having personally engaged in Start-ups in nine occasions) and frequently collaborate with Funders to deliver cost-effective project solutions while fostering effective skill transfer.
My compensation model is straightforward yet effective: it can be structured as a fee for equity, commission-based, or a combination of both.
